Feeling GREAT after step, pump and balance this week. Since I became a cbay member my energy levels and lifestyle has changed dramatically for the better :-)

The playground is the coolest one I have ever seen at a pool! The photos really don't give it justice.

Just have to say how impressed we are with the pool! We have been three times this week, our big kids (4yrs and 3yrs) have been asking every day to go swimming! Really looking forward to spending heaps more time there :o)
Just had to say what an awesome monday night at the gym I've just had, did an awesome body attack class with Niamh and then a hard core pump class with Kerensa the instructors at Cbay are awesome and make the classes so enjoyable thanks guys :)
Wahoo wat a fun morning at cbay!! A great idea! I thought i wld hate classes.... Loved them and joined right away!! Can't wait for the next one
