Promotion Terms and Conditions:

• Offer is available to non members and members whose memberships have expired.
• Membership date commences from day of payment and/or sign up.
• Sign up offer is available for a limited time only, June 15th through to 9pm June 30th.
• If a programme or assessment is required by the customer this will be provided at an   additional cost of $20.
• Offer is non-refundable and not-transferable for cash.
• In addition to these special terms and conditions all standard terms and conditions outlined on the membership agreement still apply.
• You must be 16 years of age or older to participate
• All usual CBay Fitness terms and conditions and house rules apply.
• *6 Month membership prize will be drawn on Wednesday 1st July 2015. The winner will be notified by phone. The winner will have the choice to use the six month membership themselves or split the membership to three months each with their chosen buddy. Membership cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be gifted or put on hold and commences within one week of notification of prize or sign-up, whichever comes first.
