Current Customers

How to Re-Enrol:

  • If you have previously enrolled into CBay Learn2Swim lessons, and wish to book into the upcoming Term or Holiday Programme (when bookings open):
  • Existing customers - log into online portal using the email address and password.
  • First time users - Use your email address and the one time password CBTAC.
    • Select ‘Weekley lessons’ or ‘Holiday Programme’ to book your child/ren. – Please Note: Select the child’s name when booking the lessons, not your own.
    • Ensure all class details are correct before payment.
    • The booking will only be confirmed once payment is complete on the portal.
  • If enrolment is late, we cannot guarantee your position int the upcoming Term or Holiday Programme.
  • At the time of enrolment, instructors may not yet be confirmed for the future term and are therefore not guaranteed for the same classes as the current/previous terms.
  • Once your booking has been processed, you will receive an email outlining the student, level, time, and start/end date for the class as confirmation.

Change Requests

Please send your change requests to the Swim School email at learn2swim@cbaytimaru.co.nz . Clients wishing to change their existing booking need to:

Reply to your Term Information email. The Swim School team will try to accommodate your booking change based on availability, however, if the new booking time isn’t available options will be provided.

Please Note: Booking changes can only be accommodated if there is a place available on the day requested in the appropriate class.

Withdrawal

  • In the event of extended illness or injury and withdrawal is required, please email learn2swim@cbaytimaru.co.nz
  • A credit may be issued to your account to use for future term lessons – Only if a medical certificate has been emailed within 7 days of illness/injury.
  • Credits are non-transferable outside of your family.

Payment Information

Payment details are included in your confirmation email.

  • All online bookings require full payment at the time of your booking
  • The online portal accepts credit and debit cards
  • Full payment confirms your booking
  • All fees are non-refundable
    • In the event of extended illness or injury and withdrawal is required (with a medical certificate), a credit may be issued to your account to use for future term lessons.
  • Automatic payments are not available
